New Chick x 2

  • Hello, my name is Kelly. New chick here. Well, second time new chick. Was here once before, but I moved out of state, and my whole life was tossed around and never really got to make the lifesyle change (not diet) that I wanted to. But am settled now, and have been working hard to make some changes in my life.

    I've been watching what I eat, adding more whole foods and less sweets, I stopped drinking soda all together, I drink my 64 oz of water every day (or most of it - lol) And I have been working out a few days a week (need to add more - but after working ten hours a day with eight two year olds I am too tired to do it more often) Also am taking the weight loss supplement Fuco-Thin. Have lost 17 pounds over the last month and a half, and feeling good about it. Looking forward to many more.

    Am happy to be here (again) and looking forward to sharing this with all you lovely people here. I admit that support is something that I lack, and may need a boost, or a cheer from you all from time to time.

    We're definitely good for cheers. I like the whole idea of "lifestyle changes" as opposed to a "diet". It's something you can live with for life.
