I will try to post a couple from the last few days when I get a chance-just haven't had time to get them on there. I journal my foods, so it's pretty easy to post what I eat.
I do have this menu that I have in my filing cabinet of a day of eating from long ago:
7.7oz asian pear
1/2 c. egg beaters
1 oz lf jalapeno cheddar cheese
1 sl. Ezekiel bread
1 tsp lf cream cheese
1 tsp sf jelly
4 mini ww cookies
9 oz strawberries
1 sl. sf bread
3.5 oz meat
1 tbl light mayo
1/2 c cottage cheese
1/2 c extra calcium milk
1 oz Fiber One cereal
4 mini pretzel twists
1 lf hot dog
some spinach salad I made, small amount
1 ounce peanuts
without the spinach salad, which has a little olive oil, pecans and blue cheese figured in, I pretty much stayed near my targets. I'm bad with veggies, I admit!
