Hi, I am new here. I just wanted to introduce myself. I live in Lancaster,PA and I am the sahm of three. I love to cook, eat, read and do crafts. I need to lose some major weight. I hope to lose at least 100 lbs. I hope to make some new friends while I am here and hopefully find some good tips and some good recipes for losing weight.
