Anyone know the amount for dried fruit on Gold...specifically dried apricots and dried apples? Thanks!!!

1 ounce. With going into work at 5 am, it's a savior when I know I'm going to want some fruit around 7 or so when the urge hits.

Just do yourself a favor and portion it out ahead of time. I've been known to eat a whole bag of dried pineapple in a sitting.

Is the 1 oz for any dried fruit? I love dried berries but have been staying away since I didn't know how much was okay to eat.
