Has anyone every tried this diet? I did it back in 2005, and it really does work. I lost 1 pound a day, and it was healthy! I was able to keep the weight off until recently. On the three hour diet... you can pick from a list of foods which include oatmeal, eggs, fruits, vegetables, tuna, chicken, etc. I was able to lose weight fast and healthy on this diet. I am starting it again on Monday... I'll be food shopping after I get paid on Friday. I was wondering if anyone else had tried this diet. For about the first week on this diet I was so hungry, because my body wasn't use to the change, but before I knew it I was already a month into it! I don't remember the list of foods, it was out of a Womans World magazine... but here is the schedule I followed before:
Breakfast: 2 pack of oatmeal, any flavor. 1 Fruit. Water or Tea
Snack (3 hours later): 1 vegetable, i.e. small apple
Lunch (3 hours later): Chicken & Rice w/ soy sauce. Water, diet soda, or tea.
Snack (3 hours later): I am not sure if it was 1 fruit or 1 vegetable.
Dinner (3 hours later): Tuna salad or shrimp salad.
Like I said, I was able to lose 1 pound a day and I stuck with this diet for about a month. I am trying to lose 20-25 pounds this time, so hopefully with the help of you fellow members I will be able to say "NO" to junk food & my biggest weakness... SODA! Also I have a treadmill and I am going to try really, really hard to devote an hour a day.[/SIZE]
