Hi my name is Ashlee... I am 31, live in Bedford, Texas and have the cutest 3 month old baby girl in the world!
I was lucky to only gain about 20 pounds while I was pregnant and then I actually lost it and 20 more within 3 months of delivery. I started my pregnancy at 154, ended it at 170 and I'm now 136. I feel as though I've been given a gift from God getting my health back, but due to metabolism issues and high blood pressure, I'd like to loose another 20 pounds.
So now I'm ready to start exercising and eating healthier and hopefully I'll be a healthy mama for my precious girl and maybe feel a little better about getting in our pool this summer.
I've always heard great things about this website and I'm thrilled to be here!
