Hey ppl, well...im trying to stay in control, im following a strict diet, and im very good during the week, i get up go to gym go to work then classes and im fine, I eat every 3 hours so I dont get hungry and drink plenty of water!Then the weekend arrives ( cue the scary music) and its like I go B-A-N-A-N-A-S!!! And all I want to eat is mnm´s and make my fantastic lasagna that my fiance adores...and spoil all my hard work.
