So, I have been bouncing around 140 for about 2 weeks now, which while anoying, is a fine weight for someone at my height and all. My only worry is that what I am doing is unhealthy. The scales I use at the gym will have me going rom 138 to 142 in a one day period, (I weigh in after running every evening, relatively similar conditions). Should I be worried, or just consider it normal for someone in my weight range? Mostly, I am just confused...
