Doingitforever" In the beginning during the TO Phase I tend to loose quite a few pounds. Then the following weeks I average 1.5 - 2.0 pounds. Then there is the T.O.M which I might see the scale stall or go in the wrong direction. Also I find that I start getting lazy at times so I might miss 1 veggie or at times 1fruit. Personally, I found that not eating all the food I am supposed to has had an affect and slowed down my weightloss and I would only see a pound per week. But I think the way the couselor's calculated the price of the program was based on the assumption that you would lose 2 pounds per week. If I am wrong please someone correct me.
