Cardo in March

  • I'm setting a goal of 750 minutes of cardio in the month of March. That works out to 30min of cardio 25 days of the month. A month with 31 days-I think thats attainable.

    sounds great to me - I have a mini goal with 20 minutes of cardio a day but yours sounds better esp. with 31 days in March!
