chicken points

  • From what I understood from the WW website and the book, a 3 point serving of boneless, skinless chix breast is 4 raw oz. SERIOUSLY?? Do you know how little that it???

  • Yeah.... you're right. Not too great, huh? I've been experimenting with more seafood recipes lately just for that reason, because you get more food for the same number of points! I guess our surprise just highlights the fact that our idea of a portion of chicken has become so skewed...
  • Yep... it's sad, but right.
  • Yes it's right, it is hard to believe since our portions are so out of control now-a-days. I never really eat just chicken, I put it in a stirfry with tons of veggies and rice, or in salad- that I feel like I am eating more!
