How was your February Weightloss?

  • I did get the 4 off but no extra this month.
  • I lost 7 of the 8 I had hoped for.
  • I hoped for 4# and lost 5#!
  • I lost one. Not too bad considering all of the homebaked goodies. Actually, I lost 3, gained 4, lost 1.5, gained 2.5, and then lost 3. So I'm down net one pound for the month.

  • I didn't set a Feb goal, but I think I'm going to come in around 2. Meh, I'll take it.
  • I did not post my goal but it was on my ticker. I wanted to get below the 260's and today, March 1st weighed in at 259. I barely made it!
  • 10 lbs lost. I didn't really set a firm goal. I was hoping for 10-20. I may have made a little more than that. I didn't weigh in this week as I'm doing the PMS water thing. I feel like a balloon.

  • I don't think I set a specific number, I lost 5 pounds in February.
    I think my only "cheat" day was Valentine's day.
    I began exercising mid-month and have stayed with it consistently, that was a huge goal for me. I LOVE playing sports, but I HATED exercising. I don't hate it anymore, I look forward to that time.
  • I lost about 5 pounds, which I didn't know until about 48 hours ago, or else I would have no weight loss to report for February.

  • I wasn't on the thread, and truthfull just a couple weeks ago really started working out and watching what I eat. in that three weeks, one week was totally off, yet I went from 191 beg of month to 185 ... 6 lbs!

    However, if you go by curves, which weighs with clothes on and such, I only lost 2 1/2 lbs but also lost 5 inches!!!!!!!!

    So, according to my scale and weighing in the am, nude, 6 lbs so far.
  • I lost 7. I was hoping for 10. Considering I've stayed the same the past week, I guess I can still be happy with that.
  • I maintained, but I was so afraid I had gained so I'm happy with it.
