Currently my weights at its highest EVER and I've reached an all time low.
I'm at the point now that I can't take it anymore! I'm not currently on a "diet". I'm gearing up-reading, learning, and getting motivated! I'm reading You on a diet now, and superfoods is next on my list. I don't want to do a fad diet, but do it right this time and change my lifestyle! Look forward to learning and losing with all of you!
