OK, I've been a member of this board for about 3 years now. I love the support I get here. A few years ago I started calorie counting and lost 50 pounds from my highest weight of 360. Now I'm between 310 and 311. Since I stopped calorie counting I've maintained to keep my weight right where it's at now. Well, I want to get back on the band wagon and start low-carb since that's what I'm supposed to be following anyways. I tend to lose motivation very very easily but hopefully with the help of you all I'll be able to stick with this plan.
