Yay! I weighed myself this morning (my official weekly weigh day) and I have lost 10 pounds! I have been calories counting/getting serious about this weight loss thing for 4 weeks as of today. I lost 3lbs in week one, 2lbs in week 2, 2lbs in week 3, and 3lbs in week 4. To equal ten pounds. I'm so excited. My first real mini-goal is to be 199 by Easter, but 10lbs is exciting because I have never lost weight before, only gained.
