I am really changing my eating out habits. I thought I would share my Pre&Post eating experiences at two restaurants.
Bob Evans
PreWW - 1/2 Western Omlete
Hash browns
1 Biscuit dripping in honey
tea (over 20 points)
PostWW- 1 English muffin
1 Egg over well
1 dish fruit (8 points)
Outback Steakhouse
PreWW - Deepfried shrimp
Housesalad and dressing
Fries
Sometimes bit of bloomin' onion and or
brownie desert
Wine (now saving for weekends only) (tons of points!)
PostWW- Shrimp/Scallop Grillers (hold the glaze)
House salad no croutons or cheese
w'tangy tomato dressing
Bite rice,
Veggies (no butter)
Iced Tea (6 points)
And to be honest..both meals were so much more delicious than what I ate before!!!

I wish (I'm working on it,really) I could be in more control. We went to Denny's yesterday, I got the egg omelet with hashbrowns. I ate the crust off my hash browns, and after I ate half the omelet I felt satisfied, thats when I should have STOPPED, but I didn't I ate it all, but not all the hash browns, just the crunchies. Someday...
