Very Bad Experience With Deliciously Yours Meal Delivery

  • I recently signed up with Deliciously Yours for meal delivery. After receiving one week's worth of food, I called to cancel my subscription. The food was just okay and the portions very small. When I called, I was told that my subscription would be cancelled and no more orders would be charged on my credit card or sent to me. Within 2 days of that phone call, Deliciously Yours charged my card TWICE! Now, I cannot reach them. Very frustrating. Very disappointing. I DO NOT recommend Deliciously Yours, unless you care to allow a company to charge your credit card at random.

    Unfortunately MANY of us have had horror stories with that service because they decided to go and change the website and it created all sorts of problems. I'm sorry you're going through that. This is a great place to get support!

    Are you going to try a different meal delivery service instead?

  • I have to echo the same frustration with eDiets. Billing without shipping food, no customer support, etc. etc. etc. It goes on and on. Just when you think you are all set, they bill you again or send the wrong food. What a cluster.....
    Anyway, I'm not on PFFS and DH is going to start with Diet to go and should get his food today or tomorrow.
