Layri, how funny!!
Comawhite, I would also tend to agree with the others and say that's probably not enough calories for you. I find that when I start to get cranky or starving, it's time to eat. Another thing is I'm not sure about those shakes in particular, but I know that a lot of them have tons of sugar and relatively little actual nutrition to them. So, you might want to take a look at that and see if they're giving you lots of protein for your calories. For 230 calories at breakfast, I could have any of the following: a serving of flavored oatmeal and a yogurt or piece of fruit, a bowl of cereal with fat free milk, 2 pieces of whole grain low calorie toast (I use either Weight Watchers Multigrain or Arnold brand) w/ a little bit of peanut butter and jam, an eggbeaters omelette with lots of veggies and a yogurt, etc. The list goes on and on and those items I think would stick with me a lot longer than a shake... but if you really like them and couldn't think of doing your plan without them, then enjoy! Most importantly though is bumping up your calories a little to the point where you're not feeling starved. Oh, and if going everyday had been a problem in the past, that probably meant that you weren't getting enough fiber before and you're getting more now. That might be something else to pay attention to.
