I'm trying to tell myself that I'm not hungry right now. I'm really not but for some reason I am!! I just finished eating (about 10 minutes ago) a decent sized bowl of roast chicken, cous cous and vegetables.....yet here I am sitting here wanting to eat more!!! I wasn't starving to begin with (I had a bowl of cereal about an hour and a half ago) and what I just ate really was a decent sized serving. So why am I having to fight myself so hard not to walk into the kitchen and get something else to eat!

So yeah, I'm here right now ranting about this to basically keep myself occupied and out of the kitchen.
I seem to have this problem often....just finished eating and feeling the need to eat more just because I'm craving a different flavor or I'm bored or who knows why. This happen to you too?
