my NSVs and my plan to get more of them

  • I've been really off track the past few days so I wanted to post my NSVs to hopefully remind myself why I'm doing this:

    1. The van driver at work noticed I'm losing
    2. My pants are really loose!
    3. Getting into those J.Crew jeans, and actually being comfy in them
    4. Getting into those Abercrombie jeans (size 6!) and buttoning them, even though they were too tight to wear out
    5. That dress I just bought that looks awesome!
    6. I jogged a full mile on the treadmill, and got myself into a good workout routine!

    OK, I want more nsvs! Starting tomorrow, I'm back at it:
    8:30 meeting, bring gym stuff
    9:30-11 gym
    11-2 home, shower, clean, work on work stuff
    2:30-3:30 meeting
    4-6:45 go to school, work on research project

    I've been a lazy bum for too long. I'm actually nervoud that I'm sliding toward anxiety/depression. And I'd been doing so well...

  • Whenever I slip off track for a few days, I start feeling really sluggish and depressed too. Hopefully getting back to your exercise routine and getting endorphins back into your body will cheer you right back up! Congrats on looking noticeably more fit, that's an awesome achievement I hope to reach before too much longer =)
