After a long break and a regaining of the original 70 lbs I lost, (pregnancy, death's, depression, all led to the gain), I'm finally back on track. This time around though, I'm a couple of years older and the energy I once had, despite my size, just isn't there. I also don't have the time I used to have to make it to the gym, track, etc.
What I'm looking for are some easy to follow dvd's. I don't want anything with a bunch of jumping, at 330 pounds, I'm liable to break a kneecap or something! Please don't suggest Billy Blanks and his Tae Bo line. I am far from the most coordinated person and I've tried his stuff in the past. In the end, I never could get the hang of it and I just felt like The Blob flinging myself all over the place. It wasn't a pretty picture and just the thought of a repeat makes me shudder!
If anyone has some easy to follow dance suggestions, that would be awesome.
Hope to hear from some of you soon

I reallly appreciate your taking the time to answer. That being said, I did decide on what to buy. I've got Just My Size Yoga, Leslie Sansone's Mile 1 and 2, and Elements: Ballet Conditioning all on their way. Time to get....
