    So I ordered the 30 day trial of Nite Trim for 6.95... it doesnt do anything at all for me. You take it before you go to sleep and it doesn't curve my appetite or nothing! So I called and said please cancel this. Now a month later I just got a $60 charge for this!!!

    So I called in today and explained the issue and they were like sorry there's nothing we can do until we get the prooduct back! It can take up to 3 months for my refund with the shipping times! I'm so upset.. even a supervisor can't do anything.

    This company is horrible!!!!

    If you ordered it on a credit card, you should call your credit/debit card company and dispute the charge. Most situations a company has 30 days to issue you credit and if they don't then your credit card/debit card company will get the credit back to you. Just make sure if you ship the stuff back that you keep the shipping info and track it as well.
