Hi Everyone!
I am new here and I am in much need of some advice! I am living with my brother and his family right now, so I unfortunatly cannot control my meals as much as I would like (especially dinners). My sister in law knows that I am on a diet and she tries to cook healthy things but I cant be rude and not eat what she cooks. I am looking for some suggestions for easy, quick, cheap meal ideas for breakfast and lunch that I can make. Also, I need some ideas for after dinner snacks because I always end up wanting something after dinner and usually end up eating something that is not very healthy. Thank You!! Hopefully one day I will be able to share my success story with you!
