points for 1 cup of sugar

I seldom bake, but did make some banana bread today. I have all the points figured out, but the sugar. How many points is a cup of sugar? Thanks.

If you have the WW materials, the Week one book, Getting Started, has a chart for larger quantities of cooking/baking ingredients. Sugar is listed, as is flour, butter, oil, etc. Additionally, if you know how many tablespoons are in one cup then you can figure it out. 1 tbls of sugar is 1 point.
