This is all new to me(the forum part). I am excited and looking forward to having new friends with common goals and interests. I am 37 years old and overweight. I am overweight because I like to eat and hate to exercise. My family is very busy and I eat on the go alot. I eat at the football field, the baseball field, wrestling matches, and horse jumping events. I also eat late in the evening when I do cook at home. This adds up to alot of hamburgers, hotdogs, french fries, nachos, and soft drinks. I don't need a TV Psychologist to tell me that this is not what I need to be doing (my husband can do this very well and I take his advice defensively). Oh well, I have alot of work to do but I am excited about getting to my goal weight of 145.
