    I have lost seven pds so far on the Atkins diet..I am tickled about it...HAPPY VALENTINES DAY to everyone also...Going to take my parents out to eat today...I know I won't over eat, don't know if I will be eattting...Enjoy your day people and may God give you a good one...Lose lose lose...Sherry
