I need a safe fast diet to lose weight, any suggestions!?!?

  • I need a diet/exercise routine to help me lose 10-15 pounds by summer! Especially thighs, stomach, and lovehandles... Thanks in advance! Please reply ASAP!
  • Go to food and try the stir fried veggi salad. Have it for a big dinner, cut the carbs and keep the meat portins small. I lost 10 pounds in less than a week on it.

    I have taken actual pics of the foods Ieat .Below are pictures of my three meals for today. I feel I can reallystick to this because this is thetype of food I really like! It stays within the 1,200 calories perday and fat grams to lose weight would be around 25 fat grams per day and this has less than that! Take a -peek

    breakfast is 345 calories
    Lunch was 285 calories
    Dinner was about 350 calories!
    I use BOCA burgers,Boca sausage or Boca crumbled "meat"
    it contains NO meat whatsover! and they are surprisingly good!!
    This is why I have had NO hunger pains or cravings. The cheeseburger is the BEST.
