I'm also a 3FC previous member (4 years ago!). I'm game :-)

Are there any things in particular that you are looking for-members on a certain plan, exercise regime, age group, spiritual group, and so on? There are gads of areas in this forum (I know that you know this, since you have been around here a while.) There are groups in almost every category that you can think of!

I, myself, don't stay with one group in particular. I post in Alternachicks because some of my varied interests, I post in Calorie Counting because that is my eating regime, plus numerous other places.

Don't feel like you have to stick to "one home".

I find the more, the merrier!

This message board is just as great as I remember -- I'm doing the SB and found the SB forum. The message board format is a little more challenging then I remember -- but I'm finding my way around :-)

Although I'm on the SBD, I log my food intake into a diet program to keep tabs on my caloric intake too.

I was thinking of posting a thread about Plateaus - but found a great thread about weight fluctuations. (no loss for the past two weeks even though caloric intake has averaged 1200 or less). Gonna weigh-in today. (fingers crossed)!

As a newbie again though, it's kinda nice to meet other newbies too -- this is a huge online community and navigating through all of the boards is a bit overwhelming.
