Good morning GG and everyone!! Had a crazy day yesterday and today will be the same. Have to check DS out of school and take him to a pediatric GI doctor. Then a lovely trip to the Wal-Mart. We're supposed to be getting a pretty strong storm tonight with high winds, so I certainly don't want to be out in it.

Not much going on here today. I have an IEP meeting for a kid who has way to many adults involved and they think they all have the answers. To bad only one of them actually spends any time with him.

Tonight DH and I are going to a financial fitness class. We are trying to be better with our money. Hopefully, they have some good info.

good evening all from new zealand I think its morning for you over there. have just been doing the lemon detox diet what are everyones thoughts on this?? I have found that it has made my skin clearer and my hair nicer. as a bonus lost weight as well some energy levels. However the first couple of days were really hard and now that ive finished getting back into eating food is also hard. Has anyone else tried this?

It's been a while since I have posted. Things have been extremely busy here. DS was off from school 3 days last week. DD has been nonstop lately. I just want to throw them each in a snow bank and let them get some of it out of their system. We have about 2 and a half feet of snow on the ground right now. But it has been too cold to let them go play in it. I am having a hard time staying motivated lately but I am trying. I spent about 30 minutes working out yesterday and hopefully will get about 45 minutes in today.

Renee - I hope the doc appt goes well. we had really high winds here on Sunday. Tree limbs and utility poles didn't stand a chance! I hope yours don't get that bad.

Well, i did absolutely nothing yesterday! No exercise, no walking :-( I stayed OP tho... Today we head back to the park to try to jog some more of it. I am actually excited even though I know it is going to be hard! I had an early morning conference call today and am finding my day off balance now. But, the lady I was talking with is in Japan (her DH is USAF) and we ended up talking about her running program which started out basically the same way as what I am trying to do. they are returning to the states in a few months. It was nice to end the call with some info on military life (seeing how we might be living it sooner than I thought!)

So, my goals today are to drink lots of water! Running program and eating OP.

oh btw... my scale went down today! 3 lbs! So the new scales weight has almost dropped to what the old scale said :-D

good morning....ive been mia since last week...seems to be happening alot to me lately...been so busy..not really sure why!

just a quick hello...i have to get ready for work...i hope everyone has a great day...oh..i weighed on sunday...up 1/2 pound...ugghh...hopefully this sunday will have better results...i almost forgot...i go to the drs today...they said after awhile of taking my meds (thyroid) that since my numbers to start with werent soo far off the charts that once i lost a lot of weight they would wein me off and see if my body can handle not being on meds...of course if it goes nuts again back on the meds i go...but the hope is to be off meds for a while before i have to be on them for lifetime...im excited...i hope it works out the way i want..i probably wont know for sure for a few months...but...

Up here in Alaska- I kid you not- we have a place called Stuckagain. I have not researched the origin of this name, but it is true. It is not the weirdest name up here. There was also a town called Ptarmagin, but the natives had a problem with the P, so they just call it chicken. That is where I took my first Caribou. Best meat I ever tasted.

Any way. Stuckagain is where I seem to be living. My scale has not moved in two weeks. But, I have my orange for breakfast, and I have Turkey Spinnach, and wild rice soup for lunch.

I did find out last night that since the first of the year, all of my measurements have gone down by 2 inches-except my arms. But that's ok. My arms were'nt big enough to lose 2 inches anyway. likewise for my chest.

Fighting, hope you are able to keep your sanity with the kids being off school. That is a lot of snow. We only have 4 to 5 inches. But now I think it is raining on tops of the snow. So that is going to make for some fun driving out there. Hope when you throw them out in the snowbanks, they don't sink to the bottom and get stuck in it.
Beachmomma, sounds like you are enjoying your running program. Enjoy your run this evening. It is great that you are able to do it with your ds. I wish my stepkids were over more often and we could do things like that. Congrats on your scale going down. Keep up the good work!

DD was sick last night, so she's home with me today. I think she is feeling better though. I feel queezy but I don't know if it's just due to thinking of it. Needless to say I'm sanitizing the bathroom too.

I'm going to try and get a workout in this afternoon. DS has a school skate night, so I don't think I'll get the walk in as usuall.

Expecting an ice/snow storm this evening. Probably will be a delayed school day tomorrow which means Cadence's preschool will be closed. It is supposed to be her V-Day party tomorrow, so hopefully they will make an alternate day for it. Anyway...
dropped the pup off at the groomers this am...she was so upset, I hate leaving her, but she really needs a trim. Did my grocery shopping, SUPER crowded b/c of the storm coming. Now I have to go make some chocalte hearts for a cupcake order this weekend.

around:-). Breaking the boys from coming into your bed sounds a whole lot like potty training... hate it, hate it, hate it but huge sigh of relief once it was over. I never had a problem with the kids in our bed but potty training was awful. You'd think that by the time my third needed to be trained I'd be a pro. Not even close. Have fun with the paper:-).

We made valentines last night and I mailed some today to grandparents. It's cute to see how "into" Valentines my two girls are but Liam wants nothing to do with it (sound familiar Alicia?). He's almost 10 and thinks that the whole thing is ridiculous. I need to run Brigid to a playdate so gotta roll. I have a huge grocery store run to make. Have an excellent afternoon everyone!
