Hi,
I lost 50 lbs on weight watchers about 2-3 years ago... I've managed to keep about 30 of that off.
I just ordered 2 weeks of Medifast to try it to see if I like it (my nutrisytem experience was awful... I thought the food was nearly inedible!).. if I like it, I will order more to loose that 20 pounds I've gained back quickly.. and possible for a few more months after that since I have a big vacation coming up after that.
However, I do really like the Weight Watchers program, and eventually want to transition to it, or at the very least, transition to it for maintenance.
Has anyone had any experience doing this? If so, I'd love the input (I tend to think way in advance)

When I get to my goal weight I plan to do the MF transition program and then continue attending WW as a lifetime member to keep me on track.
