I'm an emotional eater. I've went from 140 to 230 to 160 to 230 in the last 5 years. Last time I got up to 230 I got angry at myself, exercised like crazy and dieted it off in no time flat. At 160 for a long time, then went through a horrible breakup and in no time I'm back to 230. It's been 2 years and I'm still here.
Lack of friends is my biggest downfall this time. I get so lonely and depressed.
I hope this website really helps me be the person I know I am again.
