Stepped on the scale today....127.

How the **** did I get to 127 lbs.??? Doesn't even seem real. I think the last time I weighed 127 was when I was like, 10 years old. I've been overweight my entire life. To be in the 120's...it's almost surreal. I can't believe I got here.

Yes!!!!!

I'm gonna go take a shower, do my hair and makeup, put on some jewelry, and shimmy into my brand new, sexy black pinstripe pants.

To all of you who are struggling, all of the hard work is SO worth it. Keep fighting!!!!

That is amazing, and exactly what I needed just now, Im starting from where you were, give or take a lb or two, and am aiming for 130. This morning looking at the scale I had myself almost discouraged it wasnt possible but seeing this has help pick me up. One day at a time right. Can I ask how long it took?
