I was curious on how many calories some of you consume? I'm not really strict on my calorie intake however I keep breakfast & lunch around 300-350 and then dinner I try to keep it around 350-400 this way I can have upto a 100 snack in the evening while watching TV
I know right now since Im cutting back from what my "normal" behavior was......I will loose weight but once my body figures out this new normal I will have to take it down some......what would you all suggest?


Sometimes it goes along smoothly and sometimes not so much. Hang in there when you hit those "not so much" stretches!
