Goal week for 2-11-02

  • Hi me again, I plan on keeping track of very food intake this week. Journal time.
  • My goal
    is to journal and exercise at least 15 minutes a day
  • Glad to see this thread continuing. I will:
    * drink at least 8 C water a day
    * exercise at least 30 min a day
    * journal my food intake
    Been doing well with these and it is truly helping.

  • Hey ladies,

    I know it is kind of late to post my goal for the week. But I did have a goal this week and I have kept to it all week so far. I am proud of me for that.

    My goal was to drink at least 64 oz. of water a day (which I have so far) and to journal everything I eat and weigh and measure everything and stick to low points everyday this week.

    I have done all that. I have weighed and measured everything I eat. I have had pts no higher then 24 pts in a day. My pt range is 22 - 29 so that is a good range for me. Plus I exercised a lot more this week then I ever have in a long time. I worked out for longer times this week.

    Here is to another day on plan and to succeed with my goal.

    Great job everyone for keeping to your goals this week. That is what is going to give us those losses we need.

  • Reporting for Monday and Tuesday:
    Did 35 min [7.25 mi] on the bike both days and journaled. The eating is better so fewer calories, but still more than I would like and to lose quicker. Don't know why I am having trouble with the water. I am puzzled. Almost like I am totally forgetting it because I'm so busy. Once I remember to fill up my bottle, I'm OK.
    Hope everyone is being able to keep their goals going.
  • Here we are 4 days into this weeks goal thread.

    I am doing pretty good. Ok here is my Wed and Thurs report:
    Wednesday I ate about 1600 cals [all healthy food], biked 13.75 mi in 65 minutes and drank all my water. I felt so good.
    Today, Thursday, I admit I ate chocolate, way more than is 'normal' but I had not had my water yet either. Just thought of that!!!!! Gonna start when I get off here, but my cals for today will peak at 3000!!!! NOT GOOD! I don't feel that good because of the sugar I put in today, but it is a little better after doing the bike for 30 min [7 1/3 mi]. Again the water appears to be the key.

  • Day 7 [and last one for this week] updating how I did....

    Friday - rode bike 40 min [8.5mi] drank all the water and ate 1500 cals. Great day!

    Saturday - walked outdoors 1 hr [3mi] and did horrible with everything else. BAD!!!

    Sunday - rode bike 30 min [6mi] and walked 1 hour [3 miles]. Will probably end up eating 1600 cals. Have everything planned out and I will be okay since there will be 'eyes' on me. lol

    Now for another week of goals......and more importantly, sticking to them...........
