I just HAD to post this, it was my first mini goal to get out of the 500 block! I weighed myself this morning (mid week weigh in I do sometimes) and when I saw 499.2 on the scale my first thought was "nah try again" so I step back on and 499.1 then 499.2 again! I didn't think I would actually feel awesome about getting out of the 500's but I do!!

I wanted to thank everyone that has read my blog and given me positive reinforcement as well as all of the great posts and inspiration the people on this site have given me. not to mention all of the information.

next mini goal will be to get under 479lbs, which is what I weighed the last time I weighed myself about 5-6 years ago. wish me luck!
