  • Hi,
    I am new hear and hope this site will help my weight loss journey....it's now a big one due to some post pregnancy health issues.

    I can't wait to be able to wear my pre-pregnanacy clothes again. My goal is to be in the 130's somewhere. That makes nearly 100lbs to loose.

    I have set myself a few mini goals. I would like to be 190 by mid-May. 150 by Dec 08, and at goal by March '09. It will be an uphill battle with a diet sabatour hubby, a funky thyroid, and blood sugar issues, but I have to do it. I can't stand being fat anymore.

    Diet wise I still have to meet with my Dr about that but I am thinking that it will be a modified low carb diet. We actually eat pretty heathy (think brown rice, whole grains, lots of veggies, no refined foods) but I guess if i'm honest we eat to large a portions in reality for what my body can matabolize in it's current state.
