Hi everyone, I have been trying to lose weight for a long time now. I have 9 and 6 year old girls and want to get pregnant next fall with my third. My problem is that I need to lose weight before I do that. I have not really lost any of my weight since my 6 year old was born. I am a very busy person just like everyone else. I work full-time, I go to grad school and I am working at an internship 15hrs a week. SO right now I am not finding any time to exercise. I know once it gets warm out I will start walking my dogs again. But right now I do not know what else to do and I know you can lose some weight without a ton of exercise. My husband is also trying to lose 50lbs and I would like us both to be great supports to each other but it seems that we tend to sabatoge each other more often. I am excited to meet others who have similar issues and some great advice.

That's funny! But information about weight loss can feel like that sometimes. We're pretty lucky that 3FC has done some of the navigating for us.

My kids? nope they're all in their 20's. I started when my baby was in highschool. Ennay has little ones.
