, so know I am trying something new. This week I started the calorie counting, I have decided 2 do 1500 a day, but I am having a hard time hitting it I don't want 2eat just 2 get the calories in but I guess I am not as hungry as much cause I am eating better, even better then when I was on WW, now my ? is if I don't hit my caliories is that a bad thing? I know they say you need 2 eat 2 fuel your body but I am finally listening 2 my body and only eating when I am hungry, I want 2 lose I don't want 2 stall, Plus the fact that I am working out everyday I am starting to run, up 2 a mile and want 2 do more,
