Dunkin Donuts, can someone help me calc the pts?

  • Er...
I was drinking last night and ate some more bagels than I should have (as in, any bagel at all)...and then I was hungover this morning and I got a breakfast sandwich...this is not my normal routine, but I'm forgiving myself because I've basically been pretty good other than this falter.

ANYWAY, my sandwich has more fat than the slider believes is possible. I was wondering if anyone would use their resources for me to figure out the pts for this: 45 fat, 630 cals, and 1 fiber (I know, I know...)

I'll be fully equipped for this diet soon, but I'm really keen to start counting today even though I've probably just used all of my flex points already.

    Thanks in advance, ladies (men?)

  • According to the WW online tools, it is 16 points. Don't beat yourself up, it had less pts than I thought it would! =0)
  • Gracias. I'll survive.
    Thanks!!

    That cracked me up!
  • I wonder if this is right, perhaps someone will come on and correct if I'm wrong or verify, if it happens that I'm beyond the slider (and believe me it's happened more than once) I cut everything in half, fat, calories, fiber then figure out the points and double it.

I did it for the yours and got 8 pts. per half, so it also works out to 16 pts. Which isn't as bad as the 10 wings I had last night (30 pts.) Today I'm only a couple over, so if I can get myself to drink some water, it'll all work out by week's end I think.
  • huh -- smart thinking. duh.

thanks for the wings pep-talk...since my dunkin donuts, i've descended into a bad, caloric place...

    the diet REALLY starts monday...
  • Is that your cat, shrinkinglizzy? I know it's completely off topic but I had to ask!
  • I drank lots of water yesterday and dropped back to my normal weight (I was up a couple lbs. after treat night) so I feel better. I'm addicted to the scale, but I try to keep it in perspective. It inspired me to keep drinking water today, so that's a good thing!
