Look around the board - this is a great group of people! Under support groups you can find groups with similar interests and needs (20-somethings), under Diet central you can find groups of support for virtually any diet plan you want. And of course the exercise forum gets you moving!

What sort of plan are you following? Likely we have a forum for it, so look around! We have spots by plan, by age group as Ennay mentioned...even some miscellaneous clubs. Look around and find a spot (or a LOT of spots) and jump right in.
