  • Happy Feb. everyone! Are yall ready to get this thing rollin'?

    My February Goals:

    Make my Valentine's Day goal.

    Get to the gym 4x a week.

    Begin saving up for my car.
  • I want yall to check out my current blog post. It explains my two goals for this month.
  • Get down to 160 pounds.
  • My goal: Finally get down to 160 pounds by the end of the month.
  • Well here we are, month two of the brand new year! Im feeling positive and raring to go!! I will have a good weigh in on monday, i just need to keep focused and moving this big butt of mine around!! Im sat here at my desk eating an apple, we have horrible tempting food in the office today, walkers crisps prawn cocktail falvour my absolutle favourite!! Ive made a deal with myself, if i eat this apple and after 30 minutes still want those crisps i can have them. Im hoping on distracting myself and forgetting they are there!! LOL!!
    So my goal for February is to reach 217lbs, half way to my March goal. Im looking forward to this month very much, its time to get the weight under control.
  • Good morning girls! And welcome to February!!!

    My beginning weight for this month is #182.4 - but since I didn't hit my Jan goal I have to take on those pounds and lose them this month to get back on track! So I have a total of #9.4 to go.

    I have aggressive goals this month - I'm really going to push myself HARD! I want to see #179.? on the scale on my birthday (the 10th) so that means I have to stay COMPLETELY on plan the next week and Work my butt off (LITERALLY!)

    I know I can do this - I just have to borderline obsess for a month!

    Have a good one girls - back to work for me!

  • Just checking in ladies! So 2lbs down, hurrah!! Things are starting to move again!! Im taking this week by week, ive never lost weight each week consecutively, i always seem to lose then take a break and maintain and then lose again - so my goal for this week is to lose again! It can be a 1/4 of a pound, but as long as I lose something!! Hope your all having a good day!!
  • Good morning ladies! I'm just checking in on everyone. It looks like everyone has some great goals for the month! LET DO THIS!!!

    I woke up early this morning and did a 10 min. yoga video to start my day off. I'm thinking I'm going to do this everyday - a short 10-15 workout in the morning to get my metabolism going. And then do a longer cardio at night.

    I need to do this! I'm taking it one day at a time - but my goal is a MINIMUM of 120 mins a week. 110 to go!

    Here's some beginning of the week for everyone!
  • I want to lose 5 pounds this month. I am checking in at 134 so i want to be 129 by the end of February. Hopefully, going to be getting a personal trainer by beginning of next week to help me tone up this blob i got called a body!!! lol. It might weigh less but it don't look like it. But yes, my goal is to lose 5 pounds.

    I ended January on a high, but having started February I seem to have climbed back up to 160 lbs : ( I did eat particularly badly but I was active all weekend. Oh well. I was going to move my meter but I think I will leave it alone. I hope it is just because I didn’t drink much water. My goal this month is to reach 150 lbs. That seemed doable when I weighed in at 157 lbs, now it seems a little unrealistic. Wish me luck.
  • Looking to hit 240 by the end of the month. Which will be a huge deal for me.
