Heya...well just introducing myself...have been up and down with my weight loss for the last ...(14??) ..years..
Highest Weight was 110kilos (forgive me, I use metric so I gotta get out my calculator !) 242 lbs 3 years ago. I then stopped eating takeaway, slowly started exercising and eating well and over the period of of a year lost 30 kilos or 66 pounds which while still overweight for my height, I was pretty happy with.
Following two miscarriages and a failed relationship I gained 15 kilos back (33lbs) and have spent the last year feeling miserable and bloated.
Three months ago I decided to slowly get myself into gear again, have a very big year at university this year (final year of BA and hoping to do clinical psychology) and want to have myself in the best possible physical and mental health. Since then I've lost 5 kilos (11 pounds). This week I started back at the gym with the goal that I will be able to run again.
I'd like to first of all get back to my old weight of 175 lbs but ultimately I think 150 is a good weight for me.
