I just burst into tears... 101 lbs lost!!

    I was in a funk this morning, dreading the scale since I've stalled or gained a few pounds in the last 3 weeks (water retention & PMS) since hovering/reaching the 200lb mark even though I continued to exercise & count calories. Imagine my f'ing surprise when the scale read:

    192.2 lbs!!!!!!!!!!

    I've lost 6 lbs in the last 3 weeks so that means....

    I've lost a total of 101 lbs since last May!!!!!!!!!!

    That is soooo great I remember the first time I did that it was great hopefully I will be able 2 say it again here in the next few days,

    As the rest of the ladies here said it so well. AWESOME!!!

    I was just calculating when I would meet some of my short term (and eventually end) goals and it does seem so far away when you are at this end looking down that long road ahead. It is easy to think that I will be doing this "forever". My "satisfaction" right now comes from the fact that I have lost more in the past several months than I have in 18 years. I will keep this in mind throughout this year and I hope that this time next year I will be able to make such an announcement. I know I would be in a state of shock.

    I am so proud of you!! Give yourself a big hug from me!

    Thanks for sharing this special moment with us'all here. I hope you have a great day. What a way to start out the month of February!
