I have tried every diet plan out there and probably a couple that weren't on the best seller's list.
Here is some of the questions I asked myself when I changed plans again recently:
1)What are my current needs?
2)Is this a plan that I can lose weight on safely?
3)Is the philosophy behind it well tested and grounded?
4)Once I have lost the weight, can I keep it off with the maintenance plan that follows this plan?
5)Am I happy with this 95% of the time? Am I glad I made this decision?
I think, if you ask these questions first then whatever plan you choose, including if you decide to switch for whatever reason you decide, then you will be making the right choice----for YOU.
