I lost 4lbs this week and what a week it's been 
I had eye surgery on Friday and haven't been able to do my walking I was feeling down from lack of fresh air and fustration and headaches from not being able to see coupled with taking care of my three small children.
I did really well with my eating though and it paid off. My DH laughed when I woke up from surgery starving he offered to take me to breakfast and still groggy I asked how many points a bagel was lol.
