Dog Walker = Activity Points??

  • Hey everyone!

I'm kind of confused activity points - ok, not kind of, I am. ;-P You see, I'm a dog walker during the day so I'm not sure if I should count those as activity points or not since that's my normal activity level. Should I just be counting what I do above and beyond my usual level of activity? On average I'm walking at least 2 1/2 hours a day with the minimum being an hour. One and a half hours is usually a really good walk, ie; elevated heart rate and perspiration - not a hard core workout though. Any advice you could give would be super - thank ya much!
  • Your regular activity should be figured into your regular daily points, that's part of the formula. Your activity points are for your extra activity, like workouts and such.
  • I agree. Anything you do regularly shouldn't count towards your APs. Scheduled workouts that you do above and beyond your normal activity do count towards APs.
  • I agree. If this is normal activity for you, you should factor that into the POINTS quiz and count any activity outside of your normal activity as activity points.
  • Thanks everyone! =D
