I had to share, was kind of neat.

The restraunt that sells this dish promises that if you do not go into labour (being past due of course) within 48 hours, you will get a free dinner on the house.
  • How funny...when I was pregnant with one of my four kids (with four kids you tend to forget details) there was a restaurant in southern California that claimed it had "The Salad" to get you going if you were overdue! Same sort of thing...you had to be overdue and deliver within a certain amount of time...

    Thanks for sharing, Tamaralynn
  • Man, I wish I'd known about them a couple years ago. My son was 10 days overdue and had to be induced. I was eating the hottest and spiciest foods I could find. Even tried jumping jacks. That little booger just didn't wanna come out.
  • Lol I wish I knew about this myself. I was 2 weeks overdue for both kids!
  • My son came 3 days after his due date but I was in labor for 3 days....lol. My husband and I were on a time frame with my son. I had to have him before the 28th because my husband wa deploying, so I took a whole bottle of castor oil and bounced up and down on an exercise ball for a couple of hours. Later that night, my water broke and I was on my way to having a baby boy!!!!

Someone should do a study on our uteruses. LOL My daughter, 21 years earlier, was also late and had to be induced. Neither one of them wanted to come out on their own. We must have something really good in there that they couldn't get enough of.
