Help Please! Plateau Buster Plan?

  • I think I recall a Plateau Buster Plan making the rounds a year or so ago. I think it was from Dr. Atkins. If I remember correctly, it sounded awful, but it was pretty short term and involved grapefruit.

Does anybody have a clue what I'm talking about? And if you do, could you please share it with me and whether it worked for you?
I'm getting desperate here and would give my right arm to get outta this damn stall!
    Thanks,
    Chickadee

I'll try and do a search thingie and see if I can find it for ya and if not I will e-mail not jiff for the one that she used.

  • Atkins plateu buster NO grapefruit!
It's called the "Fat Fast" and you eat something like 5 slivered almonds and a teaspoon full of cream cheese for breakfast, etc. There is NOOOOOOOOOOOO way I'm trying it. The grapefruit diet I'm familiar with is called the Mayo Clinic diet, and they don't claim it! It's on here somewhere. I tried it once, gained 3 pounds
