I'm going out for a friends birthday tomorrow, but we're going to a burger place. Haven't a clue what would be the lowest points option, here's the menu, any ideas???

Really, none of those options look very diet friendly. I would ask them if they had a veggie burger (or a turkey burger) and a whole wheat bun option. I would get a veggie burger with mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles and a side salad with the dressing on the side

Thanks Glory, I'll give that a go, just gonna have to hit the gym extra hard this week i guess..

If you order a veggie burger on a plain bun with mustard and veggies - you are sticking to your plan and no need to punish yourself at the gym! Just stay away from the FRIES and the MAYO and any alcohol and you will do just fine. This is excellent practice for real life scenarios - which you will face over and over while losing weight and while keeping the weight off!

I assume that the burger place didn't have nutrition values available? I try to avoid most foods when they don't have nutrition available. I JUST found out this week that most steak places add butter to their steaks - who would have thought????

I don't know. This salad doesn't sound too bad, if you ask for the pesto stuff on the side:

And this one sounds pretty good too:

I very rarely order a burger at a restaurant. I'm just not willing to spend my points on them. You could always order one of them and just eat half, though.

I couldn't get into their website but I found this http://www.joburger.ie/FAQs.pdf It says their beef patties are 95% fat free and their veggie burgers are suitable for vegans, so all vegetable.

I usually skip the fries, cheese, mayo, sauces... I'd like a veggie burger Pimla, please, I guess I have to go to Ireland to get one though!
