Just got back from the gym. I forgot how invigorating a workout can be when I'm not tripping over my children, lol.
Good job! I know exactly how you feel. I fear the scale. Even when I've been on plan all week, I fear stepping up to find out the "damage".
Whew- I call it "dodging the bullet!". It always gets you tho-just when you least expect it-BAM you're up 2lbs. I think you have to indulge in things once in awhile or else your brain hurts.
